The BraceBlok™ is our innovative ballast system, specifically designed to provide maximum stability and safety for temporary fencing installations. Often, makeshift solutions are used to weigh down fencing such as sandbags, concrete slabs, or extra fence feet — these are unsafe, unreliable, and inefficient. Each BraceBlok™ is made from high-density concrete, fully encased in durable LDPE plastic, ensuring it is virtually unbreakable and highly weather-resistant.
Each unit weighs 50 kg, providing excellent ballast even under strong wind conditions. The blocks can be stacked up to 4 units high, allowing you to adjust the ballast weight according to the wind load or site requirements.

When used with 2-metre fencing and a short support brace, installations can withstand wind speeds of approximately:

• 80 km/h with 1 BraceBlok™ and Short Brace
• 100 km/h with 2 BraceBloks™ and Short Brace
• 135 km/h with 3 BraceBloks™ and Short Brace

The bright yellow finish improves visibility, helping to reduce trip hazards and accidents on-site.
For optimal performance and safety, installation should always be carried out by two people using the BraceBlok™ Lifting Tool. Appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) should be worn during handling.

The BraceBlok™ is a product that can be placed side by side and stacked. We recommend not exceeding the packaging height, i.e. 6 units.
