DESCRIPTION OF OUR 1 METRE SITE BARRIER

When a worksite project is launched, it is important to take into account its location and its adaptation to the surrounding environment. In a busy urban area, where motor vehicles and pedestrians cross paths, it's important to organise traffic flows and mark off each area to avoid any accidents.

Selecting the right equipment, which is best suited to the configuration of the worksite and its environment, is therefore of prime importance. Neglecting this factor or minimising its importance can jeopardise the smooth running of the site, cause accidents and compromise the delivery date.

To better organise the flow of traffic around a site, whether pedestrians or motorised vehicles, the 1m site barrier is the best solution! Its primary purpose is to demarcate areas of passage, storage or danger, so it warns and protects users around the site from any dangers they may encounter.

Our 1m site barrier is characterised by its robustness and lightness. This is due in particular to its composition, a site barrier made up of 2 tubes, the first of which is bent at the 2 top corners, while the second is welded horizontally to create a frame. 2 welding points are needed to create this 1m site barrier, which justifies its robustness: the fewer the welding points, the greater the resistance.

Made from pre-galvanised steel, this site barrier can be adapted to any geographical area, with varying degrees of humidity, which considerably extends its lifespan and reduces your need for site fencing in the long term thanks to its reusability and robustness.

We manufacture our 1m site barriers using 2 pre-galvanised steel tubes. The curved vertical tube has a diameter of 38 mm, which makes it more robust and enables it to be adapted to the vast majority of concrete/plastic bases. A 35 mm horizontal tube is used to form the frame and make the site grid more resistant.

Finally, a steel mesh measuring 100 x 290 mm is welded to the frame. Thicker and tighter, it offers greater safety for your worksites. In terms of dimensions, the site barrier measures 1 metre in height and 3.5 metres in length, allowing it to optimise the surface area protected on the site, as well as optimising transport by lorry.
