Deliveries

When can I expect to receive my delivery?

The standard lead time for deliveries on many stocked products is between 2-5 working days dependent on scheduling and number of delivery loads required. Generally, you will be notified by our transport team of an expected delivery day. Deliveries may arrive between 8:00am – 6:00pm, Mon-Fri (excluding Bank Holidays). Lead times may vary dependent on the products ordered.

Can I ask for a specific delivery day?

Yes, deliveries can be scheduled for a specific day ahead of time on request, provided there is sufficient notice to prepare and despatch the order. Please liaise with the sales office to confirm availability beforehand.

Can I ask for a specific delivery timeslot?

We cannot provide a specific timeslot, however, we will try to adhere to requests such as delivering goods either AM (8:00 am – 12:00 pm) or PM (12:00 pm – 5:00 pm) and requests relating to sites that may open / close at irregular times.

Who is responsible for offloading the delivery vehicle?

Unless agreed otherwise, the customer is responsible for offloading the vehicle as standard. However, we do have many vehicles capable of offloading goods, if you require an offloading service please enquire with the sales office.

Does someone need to be present at the delivery address at the time of delivery?

Yes. Please ensure someone is on-site at the agreed date of delivery to receive and sign for the order.

Can someone notify me before making a delivery?

Yes. On request, our depots can give you a courtesy call shortly before you can expect to receive your delivery.

Collection

When can I collect my order?

Once you’ve placed your order, you can collect your goods from the next working day.

What do I need to bring with me when collecting my order?

Whoever is collecting the order will need to bring some identification and the order reference number.

Ordering

How can I place an order?

You can send us a purchase order via email, place your order over the phone or you can be set up to place orders online (credit accounts only)

Can I order products online?

Online ordering is available for accounts that are approved to do so. Please enquire with the sales office if you are interested in being set up for online ordering.

Payment

Do you offer credit terms?

Yes. Subject to credit checks, we may be able to offer credit terms.

What payment methods are available?

You can either pay for orders on credit (subject to credit checks and approval), by bank transfer or by credit / debit card.

Where is my closest depot to collect my order?

You can find the closest depot to your location by using our depot locator. Our sales office can also advise you on the best location to collect your order from.
