When can I expect to receive my delivery?
The standard lead time for deliveries on many stocked products is between 2-5 working days dependent on scheduling and number of delivery loads required. Generally, you will be notified by our transport team of an expected delivery day. Deliveries may arrive between 8:00am â 6:00pm, Mon-Fri (excluding Bank Holidays). Lead times may vary dependent on the products ordered.

Yes, deliveries can be scheduled for a specific day ahead of time on request, provided there is sufficient notice to prepare and dispatch the order. Please liaise with the sales office to confirm availability beforehand.
We cannot provide a specific timeslot, however, we will try to adhere to requests such as delivering goods either AM (8:00 am â 12:00 pm) or PM (12:00 pm â 5:00 pm) and requests relating to sites that may open / close at irregular times.

We always recommend unloading your order using a forklift truck. If you do not have access to one, it is also possible to unload it by hand, depending on the size of your order.
The vehicle has a maximum offloading time of half an hour.
Please contact our sales team if you are unsure whether the order can be unloaded by hand in this time.
Who is responsible for offloading the delivery vehicle?

Unless agreed otherwise, the customer is responsible for offloading the vehicle as standard. However, we do have many vehicles capable of offloading goods (for an additional charge). If you require an offloading service, please enquire with the sales office.

Yes. Please ensure someone is on-site at the agreed date of delivery to receive and sign for the order.

Yes. On request, our depots can give you a courtesy call shortly before you can expect to receive your delivery.

No, you can only collect your order at our depot in Nettetal (DE), or our depot in Bocholt (only if the product is available there!).

Once youâve placed your order, you can collect your goods from the next working day.
What do I need to bring with me when collecting my order?

Whoever is collecting the order will need to bring some identification and the order reference number.

You can send us a purchase order via email, place your order over the phone or you can be set up to place orders online (credit accounts only)

Online ordering is available for accounts that are approved to do so. Please enquire with the sales office if you are interested in being set up for online ordering.

Yes. Subject to credit checks, we may be able to offer credit terms.

You can either pay for orders on credit (subject to credit checks and approval), by bank transfer or by credit / debit card.

You can find the closest depot to your location by using our depot locator. Our sales office can also advise you on the best location to collect your order from.
